Children should never have to spend their holidays in the hospital.
July 9, 2025
When children have to spend special holidays in the hospital, let’s be honest — it’s really tough. While their friends are out enjoying festive activities, they’re confined to a small room they have to call home. That’s why Kindness Conquers makes it a priority to bring as much joy and normalcy as possible to these brave kids. Each basket always includes GIFT CARDS as I know how helpful they are.
This year’s Easter baskets were thoughtfully assembled by a local student as part of a community service project. Another local student created very cute and meaningful GET-WELL cards too. Not only was this a huge help to me, but it was also a beautiful way for young people outside the hospital to learn about the power of giving back — and the impact they can make in the lives of children they've never even met.
So grateful for this day and for everyone who helps spread kindness in action!
